All activities related to the administration of an organization involve Managing Behaviors of the people who carry out, monitor and manage these activities. It is most important that we fully realize the variables linked to this interface. We must also know people by who they are and not only by what they are capable of doing. There are numerous ways to go through these processes with people, in conjunction with the needs of every company. However, concerning the Human Resources Administration many mistakes are made, and usually for the same reasons. The objective to use a statistic tool to construct the behavioral profile is to obtain resources to align the organization needs to the structural condition of the individual to use it, by measuring how much effort and management is necessary to yield results. The Manager’s task in this job is fundamental, because it is the manager as a coach who has the mission to ensure that this strategic alignment is met.
